Service Description
Coordinates and provides individuals and families with referrals, advocacy, counselling/support, and emergency supplies (depending on availability) including baby formula, baby diapers, baby food, winter wear, and hygiene supplies.
Eligibility
Individuals and families facing financial challenges.
