Service Description
Provides a supported living program for nine males who are reintegrating into the community from a correctional facility. Offers:
- 24/7 supervision
- Wheelchair accessibility
- Meals, laundry, clothing vouchers
- Case management and in-house support services
- Spiritual care services
- Medication Administration
- Transportation
- Advocacy.
Works in partnership with Correctional Services of Canada (CSC).
Eligibility
Males who are reintegrating into the community from a correctional facility.
