Service Description
A residential facility with nine private rooms for adult men reintegrating into the community from a correctional facility. Facility has lounges and communal washrooms. Includes case management based on individual needs and supports residents in working towards their goals. Services include:
- 24 hour supervision,
- 3 meals per day,
- Free laundry,
- Spiritual Care Services,
- Medication Administration,
- Access to YMCA passes,
- Clothing vouchers,
- In-house support services,
- Transportation.
