Service Description

Provides free child development programming to families and caregivers with young children (zero – five years). Some of the specific information and resources provided by Early Years Family Resource Centres include:

  • Opportunities for children through play-based activity, family groups, art, music, movement or other preschool programming
  • Parent education through formal and informal learning opportunities, drop-in programs and seminars
  • Family wellness and support initiatives to assist in identifying and building skills that support child development and overall family health and wellness
  • Information and referrals to other child development-related community services.

Families and caregivers with children under the age of six years.

Application Process

Contact the Early Years Family Resource Centre as drop-in programming and activities that require pre-registration are offered.
