Service Description
Offers two programs to help women discover their strengths, identify healthy choices and make positive changes in their lives. Helps them live a violence-free lifestyle based on safety, respect and equality in their relationships. Sessions are once a week and offered in the morning or evening. In-person and virtual options. Childcare is available for the morning session.
- Self Empowerment 1 – Ten-week program offered in both the fall and winter.
- Self Empowerment 2 – Six-week program offered in the spring. Must have completed Self Empowerment 1.
