Service Description
Provides social interaction and recreational opportunities geared to the interests and abilities of youth with intellectual disabilities who are living in long-term foster care.
Eligibility
Children/youth or adults with intellectual or physical disabilities who are living in long-term foster care.
Application Process
Referrals must be made by a Social worker from Child and Family Services which is a branch of the Ministry of Social Services.. Call office, or email program contact, for details.
