Service Description
Provides support to adults with varying abilities in a person centred focus. Offers activities in the community.
Eligibility
Adults with varying intellectual abilities.
Application Process
Each applicant needs to be referred from a social worker at Community Living Service Delivery which is a branch of the Ministry of Social Services.
