Service Description
Offers a restorative justice program, which rehabilitates offenders while repairing the harm caused to victims and the broader community. Delivered by Aboriginal people, for both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people who come into conflict with the law.
Once all parties agree to participate in the program, the victim(s) and the accused person(s) will meet with a trained facilitator, family supports, community members and professionals. This will allow the victim(s) an opportunity to tell their story and voice their concerns, and also give the offender(s) an opportunity to be accountable and take responsibility for the crime(s) they commit and the harm they have caused.
