Provided by: Cochrane Consulting

Service Description

Offers psycho-educational assessments to children, teens and adults.  Assessments identify:

  • Areas of strength and weakness in a student’s learning profile and provide a deeper understanding of cognitive abilities
  • Disorders that interfere with learning such as intellectual disabilities, specific learning disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety and depression.

Cognitive and attention testing is offered in English. Academic testing is offered in both French and English to determine if a learning disability is present in the context of French schooling.
NOTE: With a formal diagnosis, some students may be eligible for supports and funding.
