Service Description
Refers people with multiple barriers to employment that is suited to their capabilities
Provides:
- Employment Counselling – clients meet with a counsellor for an intake and basic assessment to identify their skills and goals, and PEP’s employment counsellors support them in developing their career plan
- Job Readiness – individuals and small groups can receive training in essential skills needed for employment, including resume writing, social skills and job retention
