Service Description
Provides transportation for those who are unable to travel easily with other forms of transportation in the area.
Eligibility
Available to any Melville resident who is unable, without special facilities, to travel from the door of their residence to the door of their destination.
Application Process
Call to book a ride.
An application is required prior to using the Special Needs Van - please contact the City Office for information.

Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
(Including all statutory holidays, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day.)
The van will also operate from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm on the first Saturday and Sunday of the month with 24 hours notice.
