Privately – run and operated home that provides lodging, meals and assistance with or supervision of daily living. Authorized capacity for 12 residents. Includes:
- Accommodated care for specialized needs such as catheter and diabetic care
- Specialized equipment such as: raised toilet
- Home lab services
- On-call doctors
Care Levels: 1, 2, 3
Eligibility
Older adults. Can only admit and care for residents on the lower level, who can climb and descend steps independently.
