Service Description
Includes 14 group homes with 24 hour care and support for adults with intellectual disabilities, along with programs for skill development, recreational activities, etc.
Eligibility
Adults with intellectual disabilities.
Application Process
Applications are not accepted from the community at large. Referrals must be made through the Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD) at 306-787-7803.
