Service Description
Assists families by providing the knowledge and skills required to parent a child with a delay, ensuring they have the information and resources they need to be successful advocates and strong supports for their child and family.
Family Support Workers:
- Conduct regular visits in the family home or community-based location, as families see fit
- Identify challenges and strengths setting goals and making plans to reach these goals
- Provide options and guidance on issues such as parenting, household management, and basic nutrition
- Connect families to community resources
- Help families making their home a safe and comfortable place.

Eligibility
Open for any age.
Application Process
Call for more information or visit the website for a referral form. Accepts referrals from anyone involved in the care of the child/teenager.
