Service Description
A licensed child care facility that provides care and supervision for up to 60 children between the ages of 18 months and ten years. Child Care Subsidy accepted.
Parents/guardians have the opportunity to fundraise.

Philosophy

- Fostering children’s exploration, curiousity, creativity, and problem solving skills.
Programs and Activities
- Centre has a play-based approach to learning.
- Play-based approach involves child directed and educator supported learning activities/programs.
- Attention is made to develop programming that meets the social, physical, cognitive, creative, and emotional needs of the child.
- Educator programming includes a cultural diversity component and provides a a positive sense of cultural belonging.
- Literacy is very important to their programming.
Nutrition
- Follow the Canada Food Guide.
- Serve breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack.
- Try to accommodate children with special diets whenever possible, as well as having parents bring in the necessary food when special diets must be followed.
- Involvement of children in food preparation and serving of food.

Children between the ages of 18 months - 10 years.

Offers full-time spaces only.
With the government funding for children up to the age of 6 the fess are: Toddlers $221.00 per month, Preschool/Kindergarten up to the age of 6 $200.00 per month, Kindergarten 6 years and over $577.00, School-Age (Grade 1 and up for the school year) $455 per month, (Summer school age) $565.00
