Child Protection and Prevention Services
Provided by: Yellow Thunderbird Lodge Child and Family Services
Service Description
Provides child protection services to the Tribal Council’s member First Nations. Investigates all reports of child abuse and/or neglect and refers all cases to either protection services or the prevention services team. Prevention workers work within the community to provide programming, counselling and support.
Eligibility
First Nations individuals and families from Yorkton Tribal Council member bands.
