Service Description
Provides accessible, comfortable homes with personal support services for adults with physical disabilities. Some residents are also cognitively challenged. Operates four houses on 4.4 acres of Cheshire property:
- John Owen House
- Liberty House
- Freedom House
- Independence House.
Eligibility
Adults with physical disabilities.
Application Process
Call for further information on residency in Cheshire Homes. Application for residency forms are available online.
Fees
Accessible rooms starting at $500 per month.
Utilities and laundry are included.
Parking spot is $50 per month extra.
Also offers a board option for meals and care options are available at an hourly rate.
