Service Description
Provides 24 hour care and support for adults with physical or intellectual disabilities within a residential setting, along with access to other programs, services and activities.
Eligibility
Adults with physical or intellectual disabilities.
Application Process
Applications are not accepted from the community at large. Referrals must be made through the Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD), which is the single point of entry for families.
