Service Description

After a Legal Clinic appointment, clients may be referred for additional help from a staff lawyer. Services in this program could include:

  • Additional legal advice
  • Document preparation
  • Negotiations/Advocacy
  • Full representation, including in Court.

Referral to the Legal Services Program does not guarantee that you will receive additional help. Help is based on client need and the caseload of the staff lawyer. You will be required to submit additional information, including verification of income, to quality for this program.

Eligibility

Low-income, and people experiencing barriers, who cannot otherwise afford legal services. Referral from a staff lawyer.
