Service Description
Faith-based organization that provides family support for children and adults with disabilities in Lloydminster.
- Children with Disabilities – Offers support in private homes and community-based settings. Families are included in every aspect of the child’s care from admission through all stages life.
- Adults with Disabilities – Offers supported living opportunities for adults with disabilities. Residential program provides assistance in the areas of community integration, basic life skills, community living supports and behavior intervention to individuals sharing accommodations in a group living arrangement.
Eligibility
Children (under the age of 18) with developmental or physical disabilities. Adults with developmental disabilities (18 years and older) and who are eligible for funding through the Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD).
Application Process
All referrals must come from Disability Services or Alberta Health Services. (403- 341-2100).
