Service Description
Provides a process to help families in crisis, or in the middle of challenging decisions, to create a plan that will enhance the strengths of the family and help resolve their issues. Coordinated by a trained facilitator.
Eligibility
Families in crisis in the Lloydminster region of Saskatchewan.
Application Process
Requires a referral from Saskatchewan Child & Family Services. Call for more information.
