Service Description
Provides assistance to people with intellectual disabilities so they can live independently and be participating members of the community. Support may include planning and/or preparation of meals, cleaning and managing a home, making effective use of leisure time, utilizing community resources, budgeting, shopping and managing money. Support services also assist the individual to establish a support network within the community.
Offered in partnership with the Ministry of Social Services, Community Living Service Delivery, Disability Program.

Individuals with cognitive disabilities.
