Service Description
Provides counselling for individuals, couples, families and children on issues such as:
- Relationships
- Personal Issues
- Family Issues
- Addictions (assessment/recovery/relapse prevention)
- Depression and Anxiety
- Domestic Violence
- First Nations Issues
- Grief and Loss
- Stress Management
- Separation/Divorce
- Self Esteem
- Trauma/post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
All counsellors are registered under a professional counselling membership body.
NOTE: If you require immediate assistance, Rapid Access Counselling (free, quick access, in-person or virtual mental health services) is available through Counselling Connect Saskatchewan.
Application Process
Call to make an appointment or email cfspa@sasktel.net. Counselling Intake and Parent Consent Forms are available on the website.
Fees
Sliding scale based on the individual's ability to pay. No one is denied service because of their economic situation.
Also partnered with EFAP (Employee and Family Assistance Programs). Talk to your workplace to see if you qualify to have some of your counselling services covered.
