Service Description
Provides emergency food hampers by appointment only for residents within a 60 kilometer radius of Carlyle. Donations are welcome.
Eligibility
Individuals and families in need.
Application Process
Call to request a food hamper and make an appointment for pick up.
Phone call will include a brief discussion of need/circumstance.
Documents Required
First time clients are required to provide ID, phone number, and address, plus valid health cards for all household members.
