Service Description

Record Suspension (Formerly called a Pardon)
Assists individuals with applying for a record suspension (pardon). Visit the website for more information on how to begin the application process.

Waiver
Individuals can legally enter the United States by obtaining a United States Entry Waiver prepared by CHIRO. Eligibility for an Entry Waiver depends on the seriousness of the conviction(s) and the amount of time that has passed since the charge. Visit the website for more information.

Eligibility

Individuals must wait 5 (summary offence) or 10 years (indictable offence) from the time the sentence was completed. If there were any fines or surcharges related to the conviction(s), they must be paid before the waiting period begins.
