Service Description
Allows tenants to live in affordable and safe housing while receiving holistic supports to ensure risk reduction and housing stability.
Eligibility
Adults ages 18+.
Applicants must:
- receive support from a Reaching Home Case Manager
- agree to the rules and regulations of the supported living building
- have a history of homelessness.
