Service Description
Provides rental housing for individuals and families. Rent paid is based on household income.
Eligibility
Homeless, individuals who spend more than 30% of their household income on shelter and utilities, who live in a home without enough bedrooms to accommodate the size of family, and who live in a home that is in poor condition, aggravates a health problem, or is unsuitable because of a physical disability.
Application Process
Submit housing application form available online.
Documents Required
Written landlord reference covering the past two year period. Written credit reference covering the past two year period. Income Verification from all sources. Copy of hospital cards for all household members. Copy of Métis Card / Treaty Card of all household members.
