Service Description
Offers a mobile app for teenage mental health using basic principles of an evidence-based therapy called Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Provides tasks to help individuals resist or manage the urge to self-harm. No personally identifiable data is collected.
* Calm Harm is not a substitute for assessment and intervention by a mental health professional. It is recommended a General Practitioner be consulted in the first instance.
Eligibility
Recommended for the ages of 13 years and above.
If a younger child would like to use it, it is recommended that this is done under the guidance of a responsible adult.
