Offers individual assessments and interventions to individuals, both virtually and in-person. Identifies strategies that will allow people to continue to do activities that are important to them. Includes:
- Fine Motor Skills Hand Program
- Individual Assessments
- Managing Fatigue
- Fall Prevention.
