Service Description
Assists individuals who are coping with changes in their physical health, aiding them to continue to live in their own homes by providing a variety of supportive programs in a safe, secure environment.
- Provides respite for the at-home caregiver as well as physical and mental stimulation for the client.
- Provides support for individuals with memory impairment and dementia, as well as benefits those who are socially limited, physically compromised, or cognitively impaired.
Eligibility
Individuals coping with change in their physical health.

Fees
$8.15 per day, includes a hot nutritious noon meal and two snacks. Subject to change.
