Service Description
Offers anger management classes, including:
- Phase 1: Building Effective Skills To Cope With Anger – Offers participants basic techniques to diffuse, constructively cope with and manage their behavior and anger more effectively. Offered via Zoom. Pre-registration is required.
- Phase 2: Maintaining Effective Skills To Cope With Anger – This is a 6-week, in-person group. Participants will work on correcting behaviors related to anger. Through that process, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the impacts that those behaviors have had on themselves and on others. All participants will be given opportunities to discuss situations in their lives and review the circumstances that caused them to act the way they did. Goals for participants are to gain a deeper level of self-awareness and to make long lasting habitual changes to their behaviors when dealing with anger.

Eligibility
Contact for information. Must have a computer, laptop, or tablet with access to the internet. If using a phone, the Zoom application will need to be downloaded.
Application Process
Call reception at 306-757-6675 to register. Registration can be completed over phone with credit card, or in person via credit, debit, or cash.
Fees
$120 per person. Payment for class must be received before you are considered registered. NOTE: If you are employed by an organization who has Family Service Employee Assistance Program benefits (FSEAP) or have involvement with Child and Family Services with the Ministry of Social Services; the course fee can be covered for you. Subsidized spots may be available, so please inquire if there is a financial need.
