Service Description

Helps individuals with budgeting skills who have been placed by the Ministry of Social Services and face an ongoing concern or challenge (i.e. illness, disabilities, addictions, mental health issues, or impaired intellectual capacity). Provides:

  • Budgeting skills
  • Monthly management of personal budgets
  • Ensures that basic needs such as food, shelter, medical expenses and clothing are met.

Eligibility

Adults 18 years of age or older and faced with challenges maintaining financial independence. Clients must be referred by Social Services.

Application Process

No cost. Fee for service is paid under contract with Social Services.
