Offers a self-guided program for individuals who are curious about eating disorder/disordered eating recovery, waiting to start treatment, or looking for extra support to maintain recovery. Provides:

- Resources
- Peer Support
- Groups, Chat and Mentoring.

Eligibility
Individuals 14 years of age and older who are residents of Saskatchewan.
