Service Description
Provides up to 12 clients, with more challenging behaviour and management concerns, with assistance in personal development, grooming, and physical exercise through controlled interaction with the community at large, providing a “BRIDGE” between clients and the community.
Eligibility
Adults with more challenging behaviour and management concerns.
Application Process
Applications are not accepted from the community at large. Referrals must be made through the Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD), which is the single point of entry for families.
