Service Description

Service Officers liaise with Veterans Affairs Canada to assist veterans to receive benefits they are entitled to. Service Officers are ready to assist veterans with:

  • Applications for Disability Benefits from Veterans Affairs Canada
  • Application for a Service Dog through PAWS for Veterans
  • Homeless Veterans Assistance through Leave the Streets Behind
  • Application for the Wellness Program
  • Applications for Mental Health First Aid Training
  • Applications for a variety of Veteran’s Transition Programs
  • The Veterans Independence Program
  • Veteran’s Widows Inquiries
  • Long Term Care Inquiries
  • Last Post Fund Inquiries 

Eligibility

All veterans, serving military or RCMP members, and their family members.
