Service Description

Provides holistic nursing services in a community setting for people with mental health issues. Services include:

  • Treatment Planning
  • Medication Management
  • Assessment
  • Counselling
  • Family Support
  • Education
  • Group Support
  • Facilitate services with visiting Psychiatrists

Eligibility

Individuals who experience depression, suicide ideation, grief reactions, panic attacks, eating disorders, severe stress reactions, and adjustment difficulties.
