Service Description
Offers affordable and market rate rental apartments and townhouses for older adults, 55+. Life Lease options are available for independent living, where residents buy a Debenture, which provides the right to live in the housing unit while Bethany retains ownership. When Life Lease Resident vacates, Bethany buys back the unit, with a buy-back price based on the the Debenture price less depreciation.

Documents Required
A copy of the most recent income tax document is required for Bethany Place suites and Bethany Manor rental suites. T1 is acceptable, but Notice of Assessment is preferred.
