Service Description
Provides a variety of activities for adults with all disabilities within the community such as art programs, walking programs, or volunteering throughout the community.
Eligibility
Adults 21 years of age or older over with disabilities.
Application Process
Participants must be referred by a social worker.
Documents Required
Medical documents required.
Fees
No fees, participants are admitted through application.
