Service Description
Physicians and nurse practitioners provide a range of services to individuals and families with a focus on prevention, early detection, and by connecting patients to other services in the community. The Prairie North Health Region diabetes team comes to the clinic monthly to provide services, and the Primary Health Care Counsellor conducts assessments and offers counselling services to clients.
