Service Description

Offers individuals the opportunity to help the community by growing fresh produce. Programs include:

  • Garden Project – Volunteers work with the Battlefords District Food and Resource Center to grow fresh produce to distribute at the food bank.
  • Plant a Row, Grow a Row – Program that encourages gardeners in the community to grow extra food for the food bank.

PLEASE NOTE DURING THE GARDENING SEASON THE FOOD BANK IS CLOSED MONDAY AND FRIDAY AFTERNOONS TO ATTEND THE GARDEN.
