Service Description
Provides a no-fee income tax service for low-income households.
Eligibility
Current and prior years. Individuals must have a modest income and a simple tax situation. The following information provides a guideline to determine what is considered a modest income. In general, a modest income means the total family income is less than the amount shown in the chart below, based on the size of the family. Family Size / Total Family Income: -1 person / $35,000 -2 people / $45,000 -3 people / 47,500 -4 people / 50,000 -5 people / 52,500 - 5+ people / $52,500, plus $2,500 for each additional person. (Family Size includes an individual, or a couple, and their dependents) Visit the website for further details.
Application Process
To have your income tax completed:
- March/April: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- May - December: Wednesdays 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm: walk in.
Documents Required
Contact the centre for details.
Volunteers need your tax slips and receipts to prepare your income tax and benefit return. If you are missing a tax slip, you may be able to get a copy online - click here for further information.

Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 3:00 pm, please use back door.
Food Bank Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 11:30 am
PLEASE NOTE DURING THE GARDENING SEASON THE FOOD BANK IS CLOSED MONDAY AND FRIDAY AFTERNOONS TO ATTEND THE GARDEN.
