Service Description
Provides trained adults who partner one on one or in small groups with youth, 5 – 19 years of age in activities that enhance self-esteem, self-regulation, and social skills all while helping to make a connection to positive supports and activities within the community.
Eligibility
Transportation available for youth ages 12-19.
