Service Description

Registered clients of the Regina Food Bank can make an appointment to access the Community Food Hub by calling 306-791-6533. Clients will choose the food their family needs in a grocery store setting. Includes Saskatchewan grown and produced food and diverse cultural food choices. 

Eligibility

Must be a registered client of the Regina Food Bank.

Call 306-791-6533 to register and make an appointment.

Documents Required

When registering to become a food bank user, important demographic information is collected, but it does not determine eligibility criteria. People will be asked to provide 1) proof of address, and 2) government issued identification for each individual in your household if you are able to. Proof of address includes: a) bank statement b) utility bill c) rental receipt d) lease agreement A piece of identification for the primary client on file, or your Food Bank Client ID number when picking up from the Client Pick-up window. Examples of ID include: a) Saskatchewan driver's license b) Saskatchewan identification card c) Saskatchewan health card d) Canadian passport e) Birth certificate f) Certificate of Canadian Citizenship g) Permanent Resident Card h) Certificate of Indian Status i) Canadian military identification card
