Service Description

Provides a variety of unit types for individuals and families at all stages of life. includes nine ground-level apartments and three townhouses that are accessible. Units include:

  • 42 townhouses with two and three bedroom options,
  • 18 apartments with one, two, and four bedroom options
  • fridge and stove,
  • kitchen and hall rentals, 
  • private yards, balconies, 
  • ongoing community events, 
  • private playground and parking, 
  • coin operated laundry.

Application Process

Application form is available online.

Application must be submitted with a non-refundable administration fee of $30. Application will be reviewed, credit and references will be checked, and an interview will take place with the Member Selection Committee. The Member Selection Committee will make recommendations to the Board who will decide whether to accept your application. Once approved, an applicant will be added to the waiting list and contacted when a unit is available.

When a unit is available and accepted, a minimum deposit of $600 is required and resident must purchase $1200 in Co-operative Shares. Payment options are available.

Fees

Non-Refundable Administration Fee: $30 1 Bedroom Apartment: $769 monthly, 2 Bedroom Apartment: $918 monthly, 4 Bedroom Apartment: $1057 monthly. Apartment fees include heat, soft water, and water. 2 Bedroom Townhome: $946 monthly, 3 Bedroom Townhome: $1025 monthly. Townhome fees include water.
