Child Care

A licensed child care facility that provides care and supervision for up to 29 children between the ages of six weeks and 12 years. Child Care Subsidy accepted.

Four mandatory fundraisers per year for parents with children in care full-time. Option to fundraise for parents with children in casual care.

Programs and Activities

• Centre is play-based, with both child and teacher led activities.
• Programs and activities are based off the children’s interests.
• Programs and activities are developmentally appropriate and adapted to meet each child’s needs.
• Programs and activities are both indoors and outdoors on a daily basis and include gross motor/fine motor activities, circle time (reading,signing,dancing,etc), sensory play, free play, and dramatic play, etc.
• A homelike environment.

Nutrition

• Centre promotes and provides healthy foods to fuel the brain.
• Centre follows government standards. (three food groups at breakfast, four food groups at lunch, and two food groups at afternoon snack)
• One meal is provided per meal time. (alternate options are only for infants, allergies, or religious beliefs)
