Service Description
Provides individual and family support to people with acquired brain injuries. The goal of the program is to help individuals live successfully in their community with an improved quality of life. Support includes:
- Acts as a link to the community
- Assists with medical transportation
- Educates the client on a variety of daily living skills.

Individuals with acquired brain injuries.
