Provides teenagers and young adults with an opportunity to develop social and life skills to help build independence in daily life. Goal topics include:

  • initiation of conversation
  • conversation maintenance
  • listening and following direction in the classroom
  • making friends
  • social boundaries

Eligibility

Teenagers and young adults with Down Syndrome.
