Provides a variety of parenting supports such as:
- Parenting Your Anxious Child - assists parents of children aged six - 12 years of age who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety. Provides parents psycho-education on anxiety and information on how to manage body symptoms, challenging unhelpful thoughts and exposure.
- Equip, Educate and Empowering Parents (E3) - offered to parents/caregivers who may be struggling with their teens on a variety of issues such as drugs, alcohol, anger and family conflict. Provides information on communication styles, healthy boundaries, handling stress, family dynamics as well as how to support, love and understand your teen.
- Beyond the Label - for parents of children and adolescents diagnosed with mental health related disorders such as ADHD, autism, anxiety and depression. Provides information on grief and self-care, managing stress and caring for the family, medication and treatment options, strategies, along with resources and how to navigate the system.
