Service Description

Offers cooking classes which share knowledge on food skills, healthy eating, and budget-friendly recipes that are delicious and nutritious.

  • Provides live, in-person and virtual cooking classes with a trained facilitator
  • While enrolled in the program, participants receive a cooking kit with ingredients required to make a nutritious recipe twice
  • Virtual lessons are provided live online with step-by-step instruction allowing the participant and the facilitator to cook together.

Eligibility

This program is geared toward low-income individuals and families who are experiencing food insecurity and other barriers to healthy eating.
