PrintService Description
Supports persons with disabilities and local businesses with a goal of increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Staff provide support and guidance for job seekers, including resumes and cover letters, job search techniques, interview preparation, short term training, and accommodations for the workplace. The team also supports local businesses who are looking to hire by pre-screening applicants, providing assistance with onboarding/training, as well as providing training to help employers feel more confident in their ability to hire and support employees with disabilities.
Eligibility
-Self-identify as a person with a disability or barrier to employment
-Aged 16+
-Canadian citizen or permanent resident legally entitled to work in Canada
-Reside in the Moose Jaw area
-Motivated and ready to job search
-Have a job goal in line with the local labour market
